PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin laminate having excellent scratch resistance and transparency and a satisfactory antistaticity, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: (a) Provided is an acrylic resin laminate which is composed of a crosslinked film A, an antistatic layer B and an acrylic resin C which are laminated in the order of A, B, and C, or, A, B, C, B, and A. (b) Provided is a manufacturing method of the acrylic resin laminate comprises a step (1) of forming the antistatic layer B on the base film, a step (2) of transferring the antistatic layer B on the base film on the crosslinked film A, and a step (3) of producing the acrylic resin C by injecting a material for the acrylic resin into a mold which at least partially includes the mold having the crosslinked film A formed on the inside surface, and polymerized, and then peeling off the acrylic resin layer from the mold.
