PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning and sorting apparatus which can automatically execute the steps from storage to sorting of an agricultural product, and easily carry out setting for a working operation and maintenance. SOLUTION: A weight sorting device 64 is configured so that a connecting arm 55 is provided so as to freely swing up and down on a machine frame 37 outside a machine body, a weight sensing arm 56 is provided on a part inside the machine body of the connecting arm 55, a weight sensing plate 57 is provided on the upper side of the weight sensing arm 56, a weight setting arm 58 for putting a weight to set a sorting weight for operating an ejector 71 and a detecting arm 59 are provided on a part outside the machine body of the connecting arm 55, a detecting distance adjusting device 61 for adjusting a detecting distance of the detecting arm 59 is provided on the end part outside the machine body of the detecting arm 59, and a detecting sensor 63 for operating the ejector 71 by facing the detecting arm 59 is also provided.
