PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly manage an energy consumption and the like of a house even if it is equipped with a power generation facility and to grasp an energy consumption state of the house from outside the house. SOLUTION: An energy consumption management device is equipped with a current sensor interface 2 capable of obtaining current information on three systems for obtaining electric power usage and generated power information and the like, a digital input interface 1a for obtaining gas consumption information, an arithmetic processing part 9 for calculating consumption/power generation quantity data of a predetermined configuration such as a use/power generation quantity, gas consumption and the like from obtained electric power information and gas consumption information and for creating a web page graphically displaying the calculated consumption/power generation quantity, a storing part 8 for storing calculation results and a LAN interface 4 for connecting with the Internet network. When receiving a browsing request for data from a predetermined external device connected with the Internet network, the arithmetic processing part 9 transmits a created web page and controls browsing.
