A method for correcting the psychoemotional state of the person comprises the assessment of the deviations and the application of the electrodes for affecting the acupuncture points with the pulse current of 8-10 μA and a frequency of 8-13 Hz. The acupuncture lo-points of the major paired meridians as well as the points of the major unpaired meridian VG and the points of the major paired meridians IG, TR, V are affected.
