METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH THE HEPATOCIRRHOSIS AND PREVENTION OF ITS COMPLICATIONS

A method for treatment of patients with the hepatocirrhosis and prevention of its complications comprises a system use of human cord blood with a dimethyl sulfoxide, enriched with the mononuclear cells, in an effective amount, sufficient for transdifferentiation. The treatment of patients with the complicated biliary cirrhosis, ascites and evident metabolic disorders is additionally carried out by the use of hemopoietic cell-precursors of cord blood, which short-term (5 minutes) are incubated with the monoligand peptides of recipient’s plasma factors prior to introduction to a recipient.
