<p>An indexable end-milling insert is provided to facilitate cutting process, serving as an end milling insert having four blades of which main cutting blade is curved type. An indexable end-milling insert comprises a chip removal main cutting blade(18), formed between a bottom(14) and a top, and the bottom and plural surplus portions(15); and plural cutting blades including a surface wiping wiper blade(19) reaching to the main cutting blade through a corner(17) of a cutting insert The main cutting blade is confined between a chip surface(21) placed inside a cutting blade line(20) and arch a main surplus side(22) of an arch type placed outside the cutting blade line with sub surplus side(26) in the lower part.</p> |
