PURPOSE:To enable obtaining predetermined actuator operation speed of a farm vehicle without using special flow control valve or the like by integrating the accelerator pedal of the vehicle with the discharge control lever of a variable volume hydraulic pump to reduce the discharge per one revolution of an engine by increasing the engine speed.
