Conveying device comprises a piston pump or other such volumetric pumps (20, 30) having a suction cycle for suctioning fluids and an output cycle for outputting fluids, line and valve arrangements (12, 21-24, 31-34) for connecting the pump with a source (10) and the consumer (1), and drive units (40) for driving the pump. The drive units are structured and connected to the pump so that the suction cycle is shorter than the output cycle. Preferred Features: The pump has a first and second piston/cylinder unit with first and second pump chambers (25, 26, 35, 36) which can be controlled in a push-pull arrangement so that the suction cycle in the first pump chamber is shorter than the output cycle in the second pump chamber. |
