A training device for the muscles contains the major frame with two stands with the legs and crossbars. To the upper crossbar, two vertical pipes with the weights are attached. To the stands of the frame, two square-topped frames are attached rigidly. To one of the frames, two horizontal pipes are attached in perpendicular, with the seat and the back as well as the working member being attached to the pipes. The working member is designed as the linearly bearing mechanism consisting of two rails with the handles, the guiding grooves, and the counter-weights. The rails are located on both sides of the seat and attached to the vertical stands being capable of rotating in three planes. They are attached to the crossbar under the seat. The force from the working member to the weight is transferred by the rope moving onto the rollers in the crossbars, the square-topped frames, and the vertical stands. |
