FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: steel is used for manufacturing of wear-resisting part, in preference for manufacturing of armor fettling of ball crusher and inter chamber partitions of these crushers. Steel contains carbon, manganese, silicon, sulphur, phosphorus, chrome, nickel, copper, molybdenum, aluminum and iron, at following ratio of components, wt %: carbon 2.0-2.5, manganese 1.20-1.70, silicon not more than 0.5-1.0, sulphur not more than 0.035, phosphorus not more than 0.040, chrome 12-15, nickel not more than 1.0, copper not more than 0.40, molybdenum 0.4-0.6, aluminum 0.01-0.10, iron - the rest. ^ EFFECT: increasing of details service life which are operating at abrasion. ^ 1 tbl |
