The invention relates to medicine and regards a method for determination of cardiocycle duration, at which an optical radiation which passes through the tissue filled with a blood is registered, the obtained signal is converted from an analog signal to the digital signal with a sampling rate of f, memorized on a hard disk and analysed for determination of cardiocycle duration, at that an integer M is selected and the correlation coefficient between a linear function and M successive sampling of signal is calculated, beginning from the first signal, after that the correlation coefficient between the linear function and M successive sampling of signal is calculated, beginning from the second et cetera, the first negative values after the change of sign are determined in the obtained sequence of correlation coefficients, and a distance N between them in sampling is calculated, which is transferred into the cardiocycle duration by a formula. |
