An apparatus for blocking overheat by using shape memory alloy is provided to be used permanently for overheat or over-current and to be environment-friendly. Two metal holders(120) are connected to both ends of a linear actuator(110) of shape memory alloy by including a fixing terminal(122) of shape memory alloy. A bias spring(130) has elasticity to make a metal holder connect to a contact point(132) after contraction motion of the linear actuator. A lead line(140) is connected to the metal holder and the contact point to configure a circuit, and an insulating case(150) receives the metal holder and the bias spring.
