A method for making a bifidus-containing milk drink providing for normalizing, heating, treating, homogenizing, heat treatment, cooling, adding probiotic cultures of bifidobacteria, mixing, packing, storing, while normalizing, lactulose syrup in an amount of 0.5% is added to milk, and probiotic cultures Bifidobacterium bifidum + Bifidobacterium longum + Bifidobacterium breve are added into cooled milk at an initial ratio of cultures 1:1:8 after activating thereof. In doing so the activation of the probiotic cultures of bifidobacteria is carried out by means of cultivating thereof in the sterilized nonfat milk adding fructose as bifidogenic factor at a temperature of 37±1 °С in the course of 3 hours with the further fast cooling up to a temperature of 4±2 °С. |
