<p>In one aspect of the present system and method, a jettable ink composition includes between 0.1 and 3% of a binder system; between 1 and 6% colorant; between 1 and 20% solvents with a vapor pressure less than 0.01 mmHg; a surfactant having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance below about 13; and water.</p>
