Modulator contains multiple frequency signal source, three-pole controlled element connected to low-frequency control signal source, reactive four-pole network executed in the form of asymmetrical overlapped T-shaped connection of four reactive two-pole networks, load for line amplitude and phase modulated multiple frequency signals with complex conductance values at three intended frequencies. Reactive conductance values of two-pole networks on each of three intended frequencies are specified such that to maintain required amplification, relations of modules and transmission coefficient phase differences at three intended interpolation frequencies of required amplitude-frequency characteristics and phase-frequency variations in two conditions of three-polar controlled element using mathematical expressions specified in formula of invention. ^ EFFECT: provided amplitude and phase manipulation and amplitude amplification of line signal at specified number of intended frequencies with manipulator switched between source and load with complex impedances. ^ 4 dwg
