The above components are mixed without oxygen access with wheat flour, chicken eggs, cucumber brine, table salt and hot black pepper. The obtained mix and bone broth are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures expanding range of technical means and dishes used in manufacturing of new canned food which allow increasing its digestibility.
