An earplug for the protections against the cold is provided to allow the neck part to be protected against the cold and to prevent the pressure due to the wearing of glasses and the inconvenience of the putting on of a hat. An earplug for the protections against the cold comprises two ear covering parts which cover an ear part and are connected integrally by a connection part covering a neck part, wherein the ear covering parts are provided with a first elastic member(11, 11') inserted along the outer line of the ear covering parts and a second elastic member(21) inserted into the inner part of the connection part for connecting the first elastic member. The part(F) of the first elastic member which is overlapped with the rim of spectacles when glasses are worn, is opened.
