摘要 A flat high polymer organic light emitting film with a dual stack structure is provided to reduce an interval of a connection unit minimally in case attaching a plurality of the high polymer organic light emitting film with the dual stack structure. A high polymer organic light emitting film includes a specific synthetic resin layer(401), an ITO layer(403), a fluorescent layer(405), and a rear electrode(407). The ITO layer is attached to the bottom layer of the specific synthetic resin layer. The fluorescent layer with a dielectric constant above 30uF is attached to the bottom layer. The rear electrode layer is formed in the bottom layer of the fluorescent layer and has a resistance of 10Ф/m^2. The fluorescent layer is coated in the bottom layer of the ITO layer. The specific synthetic resin layer is film-processed on the upper layer of the ITO layer after forming the rear electrode layer. A method for coating the fluorescent layer is a roll screen print and a screen print method or an inkjet print method.
