A double side organic electroluminescent display and a driving method thereof are provided to display different images on both sides by using one organic panel while controlling the transmission and block of the light through a blocking panel. A double side organic electroluminescent display includes an organic panel(100), a first blocking panel(202), a second blocking panel(204), a scan driver, and a data driver. An organic panel includes a plurality of pixels emit the light to both sides by using the organic light-emitting diode. The first blocking panel is formed in a first side of the organic panel. The first blocking panel controls the transmission and block of the light supplied to the first side. The second blocking panel is formed in a second side of the organic panel. The second blocking panel controls the transmission and block of the light supplied to the second side. The scan driver successively supplies a scanning signal to scanning lines formed in the organic panel. The data driver supplies the data signal to data lines formed in the organic panel.
