A liquid impregnate property waterproof material is provided to reduce a construction period by coating the liquid impregnate property waterproof material at a pre-treatment step of forming an uneven surface and to improve adhesive force of the coating waterproof material largely. A liquid impregnate property waterproof material mixes a waterproofing undiluted solution(103) with mortar or remitar mixing cement(101) and sand(102) at a mass rate of 1 : 4. A mixing ratio of the mortar or remitar and the waterproofing undiluted solution is the waterproofing undiluted solution 15L~20L in the mortar of 35kg~40kg. The waterproofing undiluted solution is one of fatty acid, acryl group, EVA and SBR.
