METHOD OF FORMING PROTOCOL DATA

A protocol data forming method is provided to improve efficiency of a system resource by transmitting a code block using RLC method between a transmitting side and a receiving side in an OFDMA system when configuring a MAC PDU(Protocol Data Unit). A size of a block generated by dividing the data transmitted from the upper layer and a size of a block group composed of predetermined blocks are negotiated. The block and the block group fragmenting upper layer data according to the negotiated result are comprised. A sub header for controlling an automatic retransmission method based on the random linear coding and the protocol data including the block and the block group are comprised.
