A FUNCTIONAL SEASONED LAVER AND THE MAKING METHOD CONTAINING RUTIN OF BUCKWHEAT EXTRACT

A method for preparing the functional seasoned laver, and the functional seasoned laver prepared by the method are provided to allow a rutin component to be administrated by adding a rutin component to laver. A method for preparing the functional seasoned laver comprises the steps of passing laver through a first roasting device(30) of 70-105 deg.C to remove moisture; injecting 0.5-5 wt% of a rutin component selected from a rutin-containing extract or rutin powder obtained by using the sprout of buckwheat to the preheated laver and passing it through a second roasting device(50) of 220-240 deg.C so as to adsorb the rutin component to the laver; and adding a sesame oil and salt to the laver and passing it through a roasting device(70) of 250-310 deg.C so as to surround the rutin component.
