摘要 The optimum point tracing method for the optical alignment is provided to reduce the time for arranging the optical fiber for the bond and to combine the optical fiber and optical waveguide with the maximum light coupling efficiency. The optimum point tracing method for the optical alignment is provided. In case that the optical fiber is fixed to the motor stage(S300), the sorting control apparatus moves the motor stage in which the optical fiber is placed to the optical guide and the Z-axis value of the motor stage is fixed to the determined value(S302). The laser beam is scanned on one side of the optical fiber (S304) and the quantity of light at the output terminal is detected to the optical guide. By using location of light quantity data searched in the light quantity data base, the distance R to the quantity of light maximum position from the current position of the optical fiber is calculated(S310). The azimuthal is calculated to the quantity of light maximum position based on the current position of the optical fiber(S318). The position of maximum light quantity is calculated through the distance R produced and the azimuthal(S320).
