A vermin control sound removing apparatus of an electric shock machine for killing insects is provided to remove vermin control sound generated from a grille when electrically controlling vermin. A vermin control sound removing apparatus of an electric shock machine for killing insects comprises: a power supply part for supplying a DC power supply; a power supply switch(14) for supplying or cutting off a power supply supplied from the power supply part; a high voltage converting part for receiving a DC power supply, boosting the DC power supply to a high voltage, and outputting the high voltage; an insecticidal sound suppressing part(18) for suppressing the generation of vermin control sound by performing an instant electric discharge when vermin are killed on a grilled(16) of the electric shock machine for killing insects; an insecticidal sound generation control part(20) for outputting an insecticidal sound generation control signal to generate a melody instead of insecticidal sound; and a voice signal generating part(22) for receiving the insecticidal sound generation control signal from the insecticidal sound generation control part to generate melody sound, music sound, animal sound, or the like.
