HYDROGEN GENERATING APPARATUS AND FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

A hydrogen generation device, and a fuel cell power plant system containing the device are provided to prevent the overflow of hydrogen generation reactants and to increase the efficiency of a fuel cell power plant system. A hydrogen generation device(300) generates hydrogen by the decomposition reaction of the aqueous solution using the electrons that is formed when a metal is ionized, and comprises a chamber(301) where the aqueous solution is accommodated and the outlet(312) is formed in one side so that the hydrogen be ejected; a membrane(302) which is formed inside the chamber in order to be adjacent to the outlet, thereby selectively passing the hydrogen through; a membrane support(306) which is interposed between the aqueous solution and the membrane in order to support the membrane; and an adhesive layer(308) which is interposed between the membrane support and the membrane to fix the membrane.
