A green structure production apparatus and method are provided to produce a large-size structure by using a mold and a hoist and achieve mass production by using a urethane foaming machine. A green structure production apparatus comprises a lower mold(10), an upper mold(60), a structure raw material(50), and a hoist(80). In the lower mold, vertical supports(20), horizontal supports(21) and diagonal supports(22) are connected and wheels(30) are equipped. The upper mold is moved by the hoist to be united with the lower mold and has a plurality of top molding grooves. The structure raw material is positioned apart from the inner surfaces of the upper and lower molds. The hoist includes a first hook(110) connecting the structure raw material with a first moving rope(100) and moving it to the cavity between the upper and lower molds, and a second hook(90) connecting the upper mold with a second moving rope(120) and moving it to face the lower mold.
