The cell has an active part in which gas e.g. hydrogen, participates in an oxidation-reduction reaction generating electric current between an anode and a cathode of the part. A yoke (20) has a conveying line (12) conveying the gas to contact with the anode, and an extraction line (13) extracting gas excess after passage of gas to contact the anode. An ejector (9) returns the excess gas to the line (12), and has a chamber (17) in which the excess gas is provided to supply gas. The chamber is formed in a body (19) of the ejector, where the body is inserted inside a cavity of the yoke.
