An accessory bar installation structure of a bed head is provided to hang out, on an accessory bar of the bed head, an article simply used at a bed or accessories for keeping spectacles or the like unworn before sleeping. An accessory bar installation structure of a bed head comprises: an accessory bar(20) installed on the bed head of a bed, the accessory bar including a groove(12a) which is formed in the bed head, and into which the accessory bar is fitted such that the accessory bar is not projected, flanges(24) formed on both sides of the accessory bar in the width direction in a way that the flanges are closely adhered and easily caught onto an inner face of the groove, and catching projections(24a) formed on both ends of the accessory bar; and finishing caps(30) fitted into both ends of the accessory bar, each of the finishing caps including a groove insert(32) inserted into the groove, a bar insert(34) projected to one side from the groove insert such that the bar insert is inserted into the accessory bar, and a catching part(36) projected to the other side from the groove insert such that the catching part is caught on a face of the bed head.
