A Tx/Rx separating circuit is provided to prevent reflected transmission signals from being introduced into a receiving unit, and obtain receipt signals having no noise without using a circulator or coupler. A circuit for separating Tx/Rx signals comprises the followings: the first splitter input terminal(D1-IN) for receiving signals from a transmitting stage; the first splitter(D1) including the 1-1 and 1-2 distributor output terminal(D1-1,D1-2); the first directional coupler(C1); the first phase converter(S1) including a 1-1 phase shifter port(S1-1) and a 1-2 phase shifter port(S1-2); the second phase shifter(S2) comprising a 2-1 phase shifter port(S2-1) and a 2-2 phase shifter port(S2-2); the second directional coupler(C2); the third phase shifter(S3) including a 3-1 phase shifter port(S3-1) and a 3-2 phase shifter port(S3-2); and the first coupler(P1) and second coupler(P2).
