A high concentration slurry treatment apparatus is provided to treat the high concentration slurry environmentally friendly, thereby recycle the high concentration slurry by separating high concentration slurry into earth and sand and industrial water. A high concentration slurry treatment apparatus comprises: a slurry storage tank(1) storing an excavated high concentration slurry; first and second slurry mixers(11) installed in a state that the slurry mixers are connected such that the high concentration slurry is supplied and transferred to the agitating and storing tank by a slurry pump; A and B liquid storage tanks(9,10) including a chemical liquid pump sequentially injecting a coagulant into the slurry transferred by the first and second slurry mixers to chemically treat the slurry; and an agitating and storage tank(2) agitating the slurry and coagulant to uniformly mix the coagulant with the slurry transferred by the slurry mixers.
