An air and water separator of a boiler is provided to prevent corrosion and heating efficiency reduction due to the air included in the heating water circulating in heating pipeline. An air and water separator of a boiler comprises a body(10), a water inlet(20) in which one side is connected to the upper side of the body and the hot water flows through the other side, a water outlet(30) which is connected to an impeller casing of a motor pump and discharges the air-removed hot water, and a filter(40) removing foreign materials from the hot water discharged through the water outlet.
