PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce component cost, to inexpensively mass-produce battery packs by simplifying manufacturing manhours, to keep batteries in a waterproof structure over a long period of time, and to simply assemble the batteries without breaking the waterproof structure. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the battery pack includes steps of: forming a battery assembly 19 by inserting an uncured potting resin 9 and a core pack 10 of batteries into a waterproof bag 8 formed of a flexible sheet; sticking the waterproof bag 8 to the core pack 10 of batteries by curing the potting resin 9; and housing the battery assembly 19 in an armoring case 4.
