摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a semiconductor physical quantity sensor capable of preventing the influence of external noises. SOLUTION: When a semiconductor physical quantity sensor 1 is mounted on a substrate 9, after the semiconductor physical quantity sensor 1 is placed on the surface of the substrate 9, the semiconductor physical quantity sensor 1 and the substrate 9 are connected by covering at least part of the sidewall portion of a frame portion 5 with a conductive adhesive 10 utilizing wettability of the conductive adhesive 10. According to such a mounting structure, the potential of the frame portion 5 can be made equal to the potential of the substrate 9 via the conductive adhesive 10, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the potential from occurring at the frame portion 5 due to the influence of external noises.
