PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently take out a heat exchanger from a unit of a heat exchange device, for easily and efficiently performing cleaning and its other maintenance work for the heat exchanger arranged in a position opposed to a cooling fan. SOLUTION: Right and left side walls 15 and 15, an upper side partition wall 16 and a lower side partition wall 17 are arranged at an interval between the walls and a radiator 10 on a front end wall 14 of facing the cooling fan to a shroud 13. These walls are detachably fixed to the front end wall 14 by screw-fastening. An inflow side pipe connecting part 23 of an upper tank 20 of the radiator 10 is positioned above the upper side partition wall 16, and an outflow side pipe connecting part 25 and a faucet 26 are projected toward the front end wall 14 side from a lower tank 21, and a projecting length is shortened more than the interval between these outflow side pipe connecting part 25, the faucet 26 radiator 10 and the front end wall 14.
