<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printing method which prevents metal nano-ink from running, when the metal nano-ink is applied to a polyimide film. <P>SOLUTION: A polyimide varnish or its precursor is applied onto the polyimide film 1 and it is dried to form a polyimide varnish layer, and a liquid metal nano-ink 2 is pattern-printed on the polyimide varnish layer by ink jet, in this method.
