发明名称 METHOD FOR AUTO-CRUISE CONTROL
摘要 PURPOSE: To execute auto-cruise travelling on a curved travelling road at a safety target vehicle speed. CONSTITUTION: When a set switch is inputted (step 1), a present vehicle speed is set as a target vehicle speed (step 2) so as to calculate a transverse speed G at the time of curve travelling at the present target vehicle speed (steps 11, 12) if there is a curve forward. When the calculated transverse speed G is smaller than a set transverse speed GS, the autocruise travelling is executed while retaining the present target vehicle speed (steps 13, 3). When the G exceeds over GS, such a safety vehicle speed that the transverse speed G at the time of the curve travelling becomes smaller than the GS is found out (steps 13, 14), the value of the target vehicle speed is changed to the value of the safety vehicle speed, and the autocruise travelling is executed so as to reach the changed target vehicle speed (steps 15, 3).
