<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to surely confirm the contents of a manipulation instruction recognized with a voice in a manipulation system configured of a manipulation terminal and a device. <P>SOLUTION: A manipulation system for operating a device with the manipulation instruction of a voice input from a manipulation terminal is provided with: a voice recognition means for recognizing an input voice, and for discriminating whether or not the recognized voice is pertinent to a predetermined manipulation instruction; and a display control means for displaying an instruction execution confirmation picture showing the content of a manipulation instruction corresponding to the input voice when it is discriminated that the recognized voice is pertinent to the predetermined manipulation instruction by the voice recognition means.
