<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency by eliminating a need for repairing a surface of a concrete exterior of an exterior concrete pipe because it is required to spend a lot of labors for finishing a surface of the concrete exterior, which leads to a factor for significantly lowering production efficiency of the pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In this exterior concrete pipe, a sheet 11 is wound around a concrete exterior 7 formed on an outer periphery of a pipe body 1.
