PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing of an electronic apparatus that can reduce the curvature of an upper case part as much as possible by clamping the upper case part to a lower case part even when the upper case part becomes upward convex in a state wherein the upper case part is not clamped to the lower case part. SOLUTION: The housing of a sublimatic printer (the house of the electronic apparatus) is so constituted that an upper contact surface 22b of an upper case part is formed tilting at predetermined angles to a root-part side surface 22c of an upper fitting part 22 and a lower contact surface 12b of the lower case part when the upper case part is not clamped to the lower case part, and the upper case part is deformed to flex in a direction wherein curvature of the upper case part is canceled when the upper contact surface 22b is brought into contact with a lower contact surface 12b by clamping the upper case part to the lower case part.
