PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain light weight of the whole of a cooling module and to enhance pedestrian protection performance while suppressing temperature rising of suction air, in the cooling module provided with an air cleaner. SOLUTION: The cooling module is provided with heat exchangers 1, 2; an electric fan shroud 4; and the air cleaner 5. An air guide part 4b forming an air passage is provided on the electric fan shroud 4, vehicle front side ends of the air cleaner 5 are arranged at positions deviated in a horizontal direction from the heat exchangers 1, 2 when viewed from the front side of the vehicle, and a part of an outer wall surface 50 of the air cleaner 5 constitutes a part of the air guide part 4b. A clearance 7 is set between a portion arranged at the heat exchangers 1, 2 side of the outer wall surface 50 of the air cleaner 5 constituting the air guide part 4b and the heat exchangers 1, 2, and air in the upstream side of the air flow of the heat exchangers 1, 2 is led to a downstream side of the air flow through the clearance 7.
