Safety screw, having a cylindrical body (3) at least partly divided into two portions, (1a, 1b), in the threaded section (4) thereof with a partition line which runs at least partly along the axial axis (7) thereof, or proximate thereto. In one of said parts (1a, 1b) a coaxial cylindrical sector (8) has been removed (maximum eccentricity: 1% of the radius of the thread), due to which both parts can have an oscillatory movement with each other, aligning or dealigning their respective screw threads depending on the relative angular position thereof. Depending of the position of the eliminated sector (8), the nut (5) can screw but not unscrew, or vice-versa. Additionally, means are provided for unlocking the nut (5), by immobilizing said parts (la, Ib) in the relative angular position in which their screw threads are aligned. |
