Garlic salt, and a method for preparing the garlic salt are provided to improve the color, taste and perfume of salt by using a garlic. Garlic salt is prepared by mixing salt(6) with a garlic extract obtained by dipping a garlic in the spirituous liquor, a cinnamon extract obtained by dipping cinnamon in the spirituous liquor, and a Curcuma longa L. extract obtained by dipping Curcuma longa L. in the spirituous liquor; putting the obtained mixture in a plastic container with calcium chloride(9); and drying it. |
