A plasma display apparatus is provided to reduce an EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) due to a high speed operation by a plurality of switches included in a data integrated circuit. A data integrated circuit applies a driving signal to at least one address electrode. A data driver applies a driving data signal to the data integrated circuit. The data driver generates a first synchronization signal when (N-1)-th data is different from N-th data among the driving data. The data driver maintains the first synchronization signal when the N-th data is different from the (N+1)-th data and applies the first synchronization signal to the data integrated circuit.
