<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, enhanced in security in forming and delivering a password. <P>SOLUTION: In the information processor and a small device for reading a two-dimensional code attached to the information processor, the information processor includes a two-dimensional code forming means for forming a two-dimensional code of data which is the base of a password and a display part for displaying the formed two-dimensional code. The small device includes a two-dimensional code reading means for reading the two-dimensional code, a password forming means for forming a unique password from the read content, and a display screen provided to display the formed password.
