SEAMLESS MOLDED REFLECTANT MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector device for reflecting light from an LED and the like.

SOLUTION: The reflector device comprises: a reflectant material; and a three-dimensional reflector formed from the reflectant material with the reflector having a top and a base and the reflector being entirely free from seams from the top to the base. The reflector device further comprises an aperture formed in the base, wherein a light source is acceptable in the aperture. The seamless molded reflectant material 10 is preferably made of PET or PE material having a non-smooth surface and forms, for example, the seamless three-dimensional reflector 12 for accepting an LED and other light emitting sources.
