摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for detecting a cargo handling position capable of accurately determining the position where cargo loading work and cargo unloading work were performed. SOLUTION: When fetch data from various sensors is received at every prescribed time from a forklift (S1), a changing point where cargo detection data by a cargo detection sensor is changed from "absent" to "present" is extracted (S2). An ID number read from one RFID tag in a preset designated distance section between before and after the changing point (S3), whether or not a preset cargo orientation with respect to the extracted ID number and an absolute orientation of a tip end direction of a fork actually detected by an azimuth sensor at the changing point are matched with each other is determined (S4). When they match each other, it is determined that the cargo loading work was actually performed, and that the cargo storing position with respect to the read ID number is the position where the cargo loading was performed (S5).
