PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance and moldability. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises polylactic acid (A), an epoxy modified silicone acrylic rubber (B), and a fibrillated fluororesin (C) and preferably, as the mass ratio of each component, the polylactic acid (A) is 50 to 95 mass%, the epoxy modified silicone acrylic rubber (B) is 5-40 mass%, and the fibrillated fluororesin (C) is 0.1-10 mass%.
