PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds used for chemical peeling. SOLUTION: The chemical peeling accelerates natural removal of stratum corneum in very deep level and induces necrosis and inflammation of epidermis, stratum papilare of dermis or stratum reticulare of dermis. Therefore, the prescription accomplishes chemical peeling in one aspect and minimizes damage risk of patients of skin therapy in the other aspect. More preferably, the present invention relates to a composition for chemical peeling containing at least one stratum corneum dissolving agent and dimethyl isosorbide.
