PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic target recognition system for detecting an object in a radar image relating to an amount of water while improving a data processing algorithm. SOLUTION: A method of detecting a target in water comprises steps of: capturing a plurality of images in an object region; extracting voxel data from the images; and processing the voxel data to detect object items in the region of interest.
