PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for placing a regenerated asphalt for achieving the regeneration of excavated waste asphalt, reduction of consumed labor, reduction of road occupied ratio during construction, and reduction of cost for rent by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This device for placing a regenerated asphalt comprises: an asphalt regenerating device; a trailer on which the asphalt regenerating device is mounted; a hydraulic shovel detachably connected to the trailer and having upper and lower drive bodies; and an attachment with a first joint part attached to the upper and lower drive bodies and detachably connected to the trailer. Since the connected state in which the trailer is detachably connected to the hydraulic shovel through the upper and lower drive bodies, the trailer is towed and moved by the hydraulic shovel, and the connected sides of the hydraulic shovel and the trailer are vertically moved and the separated state in which the hydraulic shovel is separated from the trailer and the trailer is connectable to the other towing vehicle can be selected, the configuration of the devices in use at site can be facilitated.
